Creative Breathing makes a space for an interdisciplinary, experimental breath experience and learning about breathing.

Creative Breathing includes free association writing, which enables you to process the experience of the breath practice and to share it with yourself and others.

Creative Breathing was developed by Nicola Caroli.

Who is it for?

Creative Breathing is for anyone from the age of 9, with or without breathing issues.

What does it involve?

Breath practice

In what setting is it done?

Creative Breathing can be done in any setting, in a group or one to one. It is done in everyday postures like sitting on a chair, standing or lying down.

Creative Breathing is born out of Nicola Caroli‘s work in the fields of:

Creative Writing – Master in Fine Arts degree
Interdisciplinary poetry performance – artistic practice
Interdisciplinary poetry facilitation – teaching practice with children and adults
Breath teaching – body and breath work
